Since we are operating on a core exchange basis using OEM factory original parts – that we have invested substantially so you can have your car still operable while we are building your steering wheel – a core deposit/charge is being asked. A core charge is a fee you pay when buying a part that will be returned to you when you send the old part you are replacing it with.

According to the specifications asked, production lead time is between 2 weeks up to 8 weeks for custom applications.

Yes, your steering wheel will retain heating and touch sensor (HOD) specs.

We strongly recommend the installation take place by a qualified technician. The use of OEM and genuine parts ensure that there will be no problems in the installation.

Shipping is free within USA, to UK and Europe. For other countries, please send us an e-mail. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL as our shipping partners.

Since we send 25-30 HD finished pictures of items from every angle, less likely you will feel to return your item. In the case of a return needed, DK Carbon Unlimited allows returns of uninstalled, undamaged items for 15 working days after customer receives the items. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders and custom colors are not returnable.
